    1. Order Placement & Confirmation

    • Orders can be placed through our website by uploading your photo(s) and selecting desired size, frame, or lamination options.

    • Once the payment is successful, you will receive an email/WhatsApp confirmation with your order ID.

    • All orders are considered custom-made and will be processed accordingly.

    2. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

    • In case of bulk orders or customized collage frames, processing time may extend up to 7 working days.

    3. Shipping & Delivery

    • We deliver across PAN India using reliable courier partners.

    • Delivery timelines vary based on the location and shipping method. Typically:

      • Metro cities: 3–5 days

      • Other regions: 5–10 days

    4. Returns & Replacement Policy

    • As all products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable.

    • In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost.

    5. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

    • To claim any replacement due to damage during transit, you must:

      • Record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed packaging.

      • The video must show the complete unpacking process without any cuts or edits.

    • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp at 98254 50165.

    • No cancellations will be entertained once the product is in production or dispatched.

    7. Product Colors and Finishes

    • While we strive to show accurate colors and finishes, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
